What We Offer
Category-Focused Spirits Training
Each session is built around a single spirits category — such as gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, vodka etc — and includes:
- Origins and production methods, explained clearly
- Key styles and subcategories
- Practical talking points staff can use in service
- Core brands and emerging producers relevant to your list
- Structured tasting methodology (nose, taste, finish)
- Real-world context: how it's used on your cocktail menu and how to upsell it
We focus on what matters: helping your team feel confident and capable, not overwhelmed with trivia.
Professional Tasting Experience
We guide your team through a structured tasting using benchmark and relevant brands, with an emphasis on:
- Developing palate and aroma recognition
- Comparing and contrasting spirits with intention
- Identifying key characteristics, styles, and uses
- Building confidence when recommending or discussing spirits with guests
All tastings are hands-on, guided, and engaging, not passive or overly formal.
